    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand here shocked about some hon. Members who are imagining that this House, by moving this Motion, is not following the due process. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you read from the fourth line of the Motion, it only says: “This House resolves that the Government takes immediate action to have the International Crimes Act repealed.” That is still within the mandate of this House. It is an expression from us to the Executive. We are doing that knowing very well that when Mr. Ocampo made various visits to this country, he did not do any investigations. We are shocked that he can parade six Kenyans, including purporting that even some Kenyans ordered rape. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg that you rule that we go ahead to debate this Motion and give the direction of this House."
