I believe that in our fight to ensure there is security in the modern world, it is important for us to understand that these are hard times and they call for serious actions. Just like other countries are doing, we must encourage all parties that have something to contribute. This is particularly those that are ahead of us in terms of research and development or cyber issues. All these are issues of national interest."
