    "content": "I am subsequently supporting this because our youths are there. If you can give me a minute, if you go for recruitment today - we all see because we take part in those recruitments - our youths are graduates. Some of them have PhDs. They are joining the armed forces because they have interest. Therefore, we cannot consume what is produced in Israel, the United Kingdom (UK) or United States of America (USA). We should understand the kind of hardware we have. Therefore, I support the amendment because it gives us the latitude to understand the kind of hardware we have in our country. Thank you."
