    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I really do not want to oppose this clause but I am opposing it just because of the wording “extraneous security circumstances”. To me, these words are ambiguous and one can take advantage and use this provision negatively for their own interest and not for the country’s interest. Therefore, we need clarity on this amendment. Otherwise, if you remove these three words, we will support the amendment. Thank you."
