    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Let me also thank my colleagues for supporting this amendment. What is dividing us is not really a big thing. The words “extraneous security circumstances” would not do any harm if the Chairman would agree to remove them. However, there are very many security issues which you may not be able to explain in terms of war and emergency. I would like my good friend, Hon. Kaluma to hear this. I have no problem if the Chair would agree to delete the three last words."
