    "content": "May be he is moving towards that direction but before he says it, let me just explain what could be an extraneous circumstance in terms of security. Look at what is happening in Ethiopia right now. Surely, there is no emergency of six months. That is an extraneous security concern. The state of emergency that has been called for by the Commander- in-Chief there is for six months. You may not know how long an emergency will take. For the sake of moving together, I have no problem if the Chair could agree to delete those three words. However, I know there are some strenuous security circumstances. It is not about elections."
