    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I have gone to school. We are making this law for posterity. I do not know who will be there 10 years to come. This is law. Ten years to come somebody may misuse this provision. The word “extraneous” means “out of law”. That means somebody can use this provision and argue that it is law.
