    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This is a very timely amendment. I would like to congratulate the Chairman of the Committee. I represent Gilgil, where we have a heavy military presence. On many occasions, I come into contact with families of soldiers who have unfortunately lost their lives or those who have been injured. We hear very many sad stories. This provision should be extended to all our forces that are involved in conflicts. We have enjoyed peace for a long time, but we have recently experienced several attacks. I support."
