"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support this amendment, but I just wonder if the Committee Chair would explain why 90 days. If somebody wishes to be released and he has made the request to be released, why should they wait for all three months? I am sure they will be told to wait for three months. Why can it not be 30 or 60 days? I support it, but I think we can do more. The Committee Chair has the mandate. We can actually bring it to 60 days if the Committee Chair actually agrees. That amendment can be done on the Floor with the agreement of the Chair."
