    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 39. Again, this is with regard to financial matters. This amendment seeks to retain the oversight role of Parliament in financial matters within the KDF. The justification is that the proposed amendment seeks to ensure that the Defence Council prepares an annual report for each financial year and submits it to the President through Parliament."
