    "content": "Forces are of very low standard. Now that we are faced with threats from our borders, we need to have good equipment to protect Kenyans and our boundaries. If you look at the National Police Service, a number of aircraft were bought recently, but they have kept on crashing. In fact, some Members of Parliament and dignitaries avoid flying aboard the aircraft acquired by the National Police Service. With regard to the Defence Forces, l urge the Committee to be vigilant on this matter. I support."
