    "content": "With those few remarks, I beg to support this Senate Bill. I hope at Committee of the whole House stage, we will propose some amendments, so that we can set a standard at which our children are not going to be tortured when we take them to these centres. They should enjoy the beginning of their schooling life. Some of these schools make them develop a negative attitude towards education and school that is difficult to remove for the better part of their lives. They may be very bright, but very irresponsible."
