    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also support this Bill. I want to emphasise the need and importance of education. It is very important for us to lay strong and firm foundation from the ECDE classes. If we do not do that, the children will go to primary schools and other institutions of higher learning, but they will not get a proper foundation for education. So, it is very important, as we deal with this issue, to emphasise the importance of making sure that when a child goes to an ECDE centre, he gets the right standard of education from which he can develop."
