Before I propose the Question, I would like to recognise the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery, of Gakuuni Girls High School from South Imenti Constituency of Meru County. The constituency is ably represented in this House by Hon. Murungi. He is seated next to Hon. Barua. I also want recognise the presence, in the Public Gallery, of Ruai Primary School of Kasarani Constituency, Nairobi County which is represented by Hon. Njoroge."
