    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for also giving me this opportunity to, first of all, congratulate my good friend, Hon. Mwinyi for bringing this Motion which is timely. A P3 Form is a very important document. The problem we have in Kenya is that this form is supposed to be given by the police in the police station before it is signed by a doctor. I think we have had a problem with the process which is very tedious. It also takes time. That is why even for getting that form, you must give--- (inaudible). Then when you go to the doctors--- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
