    "content": "The P3 Form should be issued to victims of assault and accidents without conditions. These forms are subjected to expensive conditions. Medical facilities charge a fee because of the logistics that emanate from the court cases. At times a doctor is requested to attend a court case which in most cases is adjourned severally. This is the case and yet the numerous visits to the court are not properly taken care of by the medical institution. Just like my colleagues mentioned earlier on, we need to provide for this and I am sure if this Motion is debated at the county level, the county governments will provide funding so that we do not have a problem with medical officers attending courts to defend the victims. I support the Motion."
