    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Thank you, Hon. Mwinyi for considering us. We have said a lot about this Motion. I rise to support it. During my yesteryears as a practising advocate, we used to come across issues that wananchi had when they were referred to go and collect documents. Most of them may not know where traffic doctors are. That is a great challenge. We should not burden our people while acquiring those procedural documents. They should get those forms for free so that they can smoothly move to the next level of seeking justice. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
