"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I would like to thank Hon. Mwinyi for the two minutes he has donated to me to speak on this important Motion. This Motion looks at the vulnerable and helpless people in the society. Access to the P3 Form should be free. With 50 years of Independence, we should embrace technology. We should have a way of making that form accessible to doctors. We should just put the P3 Forms on the website so that it is accessible to everybody. The doctor must be qualified to have the authority to sign the P3 Form. As I support the Motion, I would like to thank the President for coming out very passionately to talk about corruption in our country. He should continue fighting the vice."
