    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. This document should be easily accessible, available and easy to fill. It might be a simple document, but it is very important in the process of seeking justice. The same spirit and principle should apply to other enabling documents; for example, the national ID, police abstract, birth certificate, death certificate and burial permits. Those documents are free under the law, but there are so many hidden expenses in acquiring them. We should help our people to acquire those documents for free so as to bring down the cost of living. Such documents should be free. I support the Motion."
