    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I agree with Members that this is a very serious matter and extremely urgent. When I read the response, I said that this was not answered satisfactorily. There should be an indication of what urgent action needs to be taken and how this matter should be resolved. Secondly, the issues of categorization and underlying factors that brought them here should have been handled as quickly as possible because part of it concerns the lives of these Kenyans who are out here. In the response, they have not indicated to me when they can be settled. I believe that it is also a security threat to this Parliament and the country at large. This requires an urgent intervention by the Government. I have been to the office of the relevant Ministry and they have been promising that they will do something about it. Yesterday, we agreed that by the end of yesterday, those people should be out of there. I believe that this is something that they need to do. I will still follow up as the Vice Chairperson of this Committee and ensure that the Government does what it is required to do. That is my position.
