    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, indeed, it is a very sad story to be seeing families – human beings – facing a lot of frustration every morning. The Government is failing and these are matters touching on lives of human beings. This is a crisis and immediate measures must be taken. We cannot accept this to continue. Why call people when they are staying somewhere if you are not prepared to receive them. I do not know what is behind this. Somebody should be held responsible for this mess."
