    "content": "Thirdly, the state has a responsibility for their health, housing, security and for their food as per the Constitution. Therefore, as the Temporary Speaker, although these are different levels of government, we all belong to the same country. I direct that the Cabinet Secretary concerned immediately takes action to alleviate the suffering of the Kenyans or foreigners who are camping at the gates of Parliament. If the Cabinet Secretary is unable to do that, my appeal goes to the President. Thank you."
