Deputy Speaker, I beg to lay the following Papers on the Table of the House:- The Protocol to Amend the Convention on Offences and certain other acts Committed on Board Aircraft (Montreal Protocol) and the Memorandum thereto. The Reports of the Auditor-General on the Financial Statements of the Constituencies Development Fund in respect of the following constituencies for the year ended 30th June 2015, and the certificates therein:- 1. Rongo Constituency; 2. Ugenya Constituency; 3. Ugunja Constituency; 4. Ndhiwa Constituency; 5. Nyatike Constituency; 6. North Mugirango Constituency; 7. Kuria West Constituency; 8. Nyaribari Masaba Constituency; and, 9. Kwanza Constituency."
