    "content": "We looked at the Curriculum Vitae (CV) of Mr. Ravi Ruparel, and the Committee, having considered his CV and heard his oral submissions during the vetting/interview, made the following observations:- He is a Kenyan who was born in Nairobi in 1964. He went to City Primary School and later joined Jamuhuri High School.
