    "content": "The good thing is that the CBK will have a Board of Directors who will give some guidelines to the Governor. We cannot stand the idea of the Governor who knows it all on issues finances. We can now have the Governor of the CBK guided by a Board of Directors. I only fear a situation where the Governor is required to make a prompt decision. Will he have to wait for The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
