    "content": "The truth is that we could have done better. I can consider No.1 and 2. Some are still going to school and the highest they have risen to is accountants in companies. They are not finance people in the international context and do not know about running the national economy and competing in the international world. Let me just end by saying that I will ask my friend, who is the Principal Secretary for the National Treasury, Dr. Kamau Thugge, if he looked at this list and made a decision. At his level, I am quite sure he will probably say what I have said. I do not even want to go to regional and gender balance. The first failure in this Report is technical except for the first two. We are talking of the CBK and we cannot take people who are accountants in companies and say that they are finance people who we want to manage our CBK."
