    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity. At the outset, just for information purposes, Taita Taveta is one of the Arid and Semi-Arid Lands where people are dying of hunger yet it is not in the list read out by the Mover. There is no water. Elephants of Tsavo are also fighting for water with human beings. At the moment, there is unusual drought. We have not seen this kind of drought for the last three years. As Hon. Nooru said, it is very serious. If the Government does not intervene, there is going to be a problem. I wish he includes Taita Taveta in the list especially Mwatate Constituency. Thank you."
