    "content": "I went round with my Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives making inquiries about maize in this country. We went to Galana- Kulalu and found that the project has maize. That maize should feed people who are suffering from hunger. It is not the work of the President. It is the work of the Member of the National Assembly because this is a purely presidential system of Government. It is not like in the previous Parliaments."
