    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I heard the Vice Chairperson clearly respond by saying that the Chairperson is out of the country and that she undertook to go and handle the issue today. It is almost a week since those people came here. We see children playing and crying on daily basis. You will find them even as late as midnight. The responsible department should be sensitive enough to realize that these Kenyans require a decent shelter, like a tent, where they can wait. This is a serious issue that should be treated as an emergency."
