    "content": "They must implement the things we are talking about here so that those of us who come back to play the role of oversight, should say that we had men and women who worked with us here, preached access to services, democracy and change and are now the change that we have been waiting for. They should have the respect that we want for this House and should be ready to be servants and not lords over the people of this Republic. With those many remarks, I beg to second this Motion."
