    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this Motion. I am a Member and Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Devolved Government. As my colleagues said earlier, this was an important process for our counties. We extensively looked at the proposals of the appeals that were tabled before our Committee.
