    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, if there is a matter concerning your county you cannot take off. It follows. The other day there was a matter raised about Machakos and I was to travel with the Senator for Machakos. I tried to wait for him but I had to go because he had to wait until that matter was prosecuted. If you listened to Sen. (Prof.) Anyang'-Nyong'o, this thing raises very important legitimate questions that we should look into as Kenyans without running away from it. Instead of politicizing it based on who has raised the issue, we should look at the issues that are being raised. The generality of the public, including the people of Murang’a are not satisfied that the Government is dealing with this project in the interest of the Kenyan people, more particularly for the people upstream including the people who live in Murang’a.
