    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I will be very brief. I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives, but there is a problem with the Committee. What Hon. Ottichilo is doing is right. The GMOs are very important to this country. It is a problem. The Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives is delaying the report. Why are two Members of the Committee including the Vice- Chair in the proposed select committee? Why did they accept to be in the select committee? This is because they know that there is a problem with the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives in releasing the report. There is something that we do not know in this House. So, I suggest that the select committee be formed as soon as possible."
