    "content": "now the district youth officers but the district youth training officers – to focus specifically on the youth polytechnics to help them in their programs of recruitment and to also enrich the boards of governors. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for the information of hon. Members, we now have moved away from the management committees of youth polytechnics to have board of governors so that they can give more advanced supervision and leadership in those polytechnics. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the efforts that the Ministry has put, as I said, which are ongoing now as I speak, include recruitment of additional instructors, some of whom have graduated recently and some of whom have been teaching or instructing the polytechnics who are being given priority because of their knowledge, experience and the fact that they have been serving those polytechnics. It is actually advancement in the area of ensuring that instructors are given greater opportunities and permanent employment so that we reduce the burden by the board of governors in those polytechnics."
