One, we are going to employ additional instructors for the existing polytechnics and priority is being given to polytechnics that have actually also admitted more students and, thus, have more demand for instructors. Also, to advise hon. Members that polytechnics built in their constituencies should be duly registered by the Ministry through the District Youth Officer who exists in their constituencies/districts. That will give an opportunity for those polytechnics that are lying out of the mainstream recognition by the Ministry to also be considered for additional instructors."
