    "content": "In our Bill of Rights, every citizen is entitled to safe working conditions, but some organisations go to the extent of dismissing pregnant workers. Bidco is a serious manufacturing firm. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bidco, Mr. Vimal Shah, is a very respectable man. We expect him to lead from the front. It is very disappointing because he was the Chairman of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance yet his organisation is leading in bad practices. Serious measures should be put in place to deal with these issues. Proper audit on compliance and working conditions should be carried out. Some working conditions in these organisations are very bad."
