Also put into perspective the words by the Hon. T.J. Kajwang’. Even as we make some of these laws, let us provide for quick access to clean drinking water and good housing for everybody. Let all those rights be realised for every Kenyan. So, nobody should be opposed to anybody enjoying whatever rights that are in the Constitution. Yes, the Member for Gem."
