He said that since the Executive and the Judiciary have not implemented the principle, we will not do it as the Legislature, as it will be wrong. Two wrongs do not make a right. As honourable members of the 11th Parliament, we need to stand up and be counted as progressive Hon. Members, strong and courageous enough to confront the need for gender equity in this country."
