    "content": "Again, the Leader of the Majority Party has said that the body language in the House seems like we are agreeing to this Bill, and yet we are pretending to oppose it. The time when a woman says “No” when she means “Yes” is long gone. That was a thing of the times of our great grandmothers and not even our grandmothers. The women of this House know what they want and we say “Yes” when we want it. We do not say “Yes” when we do not want it. When we do not want it we say “No”. Here we are saying “No” to this Bill.
