    "content": "take them backwards. This Bill has some gimmick words like “progressive”, which means we can take even 10 years to comply with the two-third gender rule. It means we can have five women in five years or in 10 years. The word “progressive” means there is nothing that is restricted. It means we can as well not achieve the one-third gender. Therefore, I urge this House to sit again and do something serious to show that we need proper representation of women in this House."
