    "content": "I am tabling the Report of the Committee on the Implementation of the Election Laws (Amendment) Act, 2016 which was passed by this House in an express manner. We have had meetings with the IEBC and they have given us a brief on what they are doing. We also told them what they need to do, as the oversight Committee. This Report contains a progress report and what the IEBC is expected to do. For the information of the House, the IEBC has already appointed a technical working committee that is expected to oversee the procurement process of the electronic system. So, that is in place, in addition to the Commissioners."
