    "content": "The Report of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee on its consideration of a Petition by one, Mr. Rage Ismael Hussein concerning the need for Parliament to introduce a Bill to amend the Constitution. The gist of this Petition was requesting Parliament to consider amending several provisions of the Constitution, specifically Article 9, with regard to October 10 being made a national holiday.
