I have a HANSARD copy of 12th October, where the Assistant Minister to the Minister said: “I want to report authoritatively here that those complaints have now been addressed.” But the answer the Minister is giving is that we are going to repeat the exercise. The Assistant Minister even went ahead to give a timeline in which the lead agencies would take position, which the Minister has changed. Is she in order to change positions everytime she comes to answer a similar Question?"
