    "content": "In accordance with the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act No. 33 of 2011 we looked at the following issues in the vetting process: The academic qualifications; the employment record; the professional affiliations; potential conflict of interest; knowledge of relevant subjects; overall suitability for the position; tax compliance, including wealth declaration by the nominee; integrity and morality; jurisprudence, vision, leadership and judicial reforms; access to justice; expectations, and key priorities."
