"content": "heard by judges. Where possible, a judge may refuse to grant an injunction so as to fast-track the hearing of the case in substance. Where an injunction has to be granted, the court should hear the matter on a day to day basis for expeditious disposal. The Constitution allows public interest litigation. It is up to the court to determine whose interest is more important than the other. The best approach is to have speedy determination of cases in court."
