"content": "On 29th January, the Government introduced in the House the Constitution of Kenya Amendment Bill together with the Special Tribunal for Kenya Bill. After intensive debate, and with the President and the Prime Minister present and voting in favour of the two Bills, this House rejected the Bills on 11th February, 2009. I will lay on the Table the HANSARD record of the debate and the adoption of the Report, which includes the Division."
