    "content": "This is about the appointment of the board of directors to the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA). The Senate proposes that the Council of Governors (CoG) should nominate three members to this board. This is a national body and the board must be appointed by the national Government. We do not see any need for the CoG to appoint three persons to this Authority, it being a national function."
