    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, allow me to, first of all, correct my very learned Chairman and Senior Counsel in the profession in which we profess. My reservations have always been noted as far as the use of the word “progressive” is concerned in reference to the gender provision. I hope that he shall apologise and withdraw in due course. We oppose that Bill and we believe it is going to fail. I second the Motion and pray that it be accepted by this House. I also thank the Committee Members who have worked tirelessly to ensure that everything that relates to the Constitution comes into place in as far as harmonisation is concerned. I second."
