    "content": "Finally, I acknowledge that there are some improvements in security, but what I do not understand is that every time we get into these catastrophes, you find that there was adequate information, everybody was aware of it but the catastrophe still takes place. I do not understand why that happens. Overall, in this short Session, we passed very important reports. With those few remarks, I beg to support the Motion for Adjournment."
