Deputy Speaker, as I finish, I wish we would go on recess with the Kshs34 million that is supposed to be given to the constituencies so that we can do some work that we were supposed to. It has taken a bit of time, but I hope that in the next two to three days, we will have this money released to Members of Parliament so that we can develop our respective areas."
